What is the eligibility criteria to buy a house under ‘ My Choice CIDCO Home’ scheme?
- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- Should have lived in Maharashtra for at least 15 years.
- Monthly income should be up to 25 thousand for an EWS flat.
- For LIG flat it should be between 25 to 50 thousand.
- The applicant or anyone else in his family should not have a government house in Maharashtra.

- Step 2: Selecting Preferences
- Preferences per Round: You can choose up to 5 preferences in each of the 3 rounds, totaling 15 preferences.

- Location Selection: There are no restrictions on selecting locations; however, you cannot choose more than 5 preferences in one round.
