- Citizenship: The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Age: Applicant must be over 18 years old.
- Land Ownership: Must own cultivable land of up to 2 hectares.
- Income Limits:
- Income taxpayers, government employees, and professionals (e.g., doctors, engineers) are not eligible.
- Pensioners receiving more than ₹10,000 per month are excluded.
- Bank Account: A functional bank account with DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) activated is required.

- On the homepage, click on “New Farmer Registration.”
- Choose between “Rural Farmer Registration” or “Urban Farmer Registration” based on your area.
- Enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number, and state. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Verify the OTP and proceed.
- Fill in the registration form with the details:

- Land Details (District, Block, Village)
