When Will the Next Installment Be Released?
With the elections completed and results announced, the Mahayuti alliance has gained a majority, but the government formation is still in process. As a result, beneficiaries of the Ladki Bahini Yojana are waiting to know when they will receive their next payment.
So far, payments for five installments—July, August, September, October, and November—have been credited, totaling ₹7,500. If any beneficiary hasn’t yet received previous installments, their accounts will be credited soon.
Expected Date for Ladki Bahini Yojana 6th Installment
The 6th installment under the Ladki Bahini Yojana is likely to be disbursed after November 29, 2024, once the government is formed. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for that date, after which the Chief Minister is expected to authorize the transfer of funds to beneficiaries’ accounts.
Notably, this time, eligible women will receive an increased amount of ₹2,100, instead of the earlier ₹1,500.
Who Will Receive the 6th Installment?
Only those women whose KYC (Know Your Customer) and Bank DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) details are active will receive the 6th installment. The funds will be directly transferred to their bank accounts.
If your DBT details are not updated, you need to activate them immediately to ensure you receive the payment. Additionally, completing the KYC process is essential for eligibility under the scheme.
Make sure your KYC and bank details are up-to-date to avoid missing out on the benefits.
